Delivery of goods to the show:
If you are sending items to the show please include your exhibiting company name, stand number and onsite contact mobile number.
Please notify the Operations Manager if you wish to send packages or material but will not be onsite to receive them.
Delivery Address for Exhibitors at Wynyard Wharf:
Auckland Boat Show – Viaduct Events Centre, 171 Halsey Street, Auckland CBD, 1010
Security & Safety:
- All exhibitors must have their Exhibitor name badges with them visible at all times whilst on site, including pack in and pack down.
- All exhibitors must wear a high vis vest, shirt or jacket during pack in and pack out. High vis vests can be borrowed from the Information Desk (just inside entrance to Viaduct Events Centre).
- Heavy engine exhibitors assisting with the pack-in/out of their stock must wear steel cap shoes or boots.
